Bio: She is the daughter of the famous inventor Dr. Briefs and Mrs. Briefs.  She has invented many useful devices for Goku and Co. including the Dragon Radar, and she even repaired a Saiyan scouter once.  Though she acts like a little kid sometimes, she is usually nice (unless its her time of the month), helpful, and good natured.  One final note:  Master Roshi really likes Bulma for her, umm, proportionate figure, but what guy can blame him?
