Bio: The big, dumb, and rich man who first appears during the Cell games, Mr. Satan (I prefer it to Hercule) pretends to be buff and strong when he is really scared and weak.  All of the Z fighters can see right through him, though it's a wonder why normal humans can't do the same.  He actually is the strongest fighter without using energy, but Krillin is the strongest human, so he loses there.  Satan's daughter marries Gohan, but other than that, he serves no real purpose other than to get in the way.
